In the case of product brands, the physical aspects relate to the product itself, such as price, packaging etc., while in the case of service brands, the physical aspects refer to the customers' experience. The non-physical aspects include emotional connections with the product/service. Interns may be asked to:
  • Support the agency in launching its new visual identity.
  • Establish the agency brand through overseeing website and brochure copy content creation.
