A Typical intern is...

  • A final year University student or a recent graduate
  • Fluent in English
  • Not wanting payment, just experience
  • Available full time for an average of 3 months
  • Funded by their home institute to undertake an internship

The Process

  • We speak to them / vet them prior to accepting them on our programme
  • You review their CV and Cover Letter
  • If they look like a possible fit you interview them in person
  • They can complete any tests you may have to ensure they are a good fit
  • Agree dates
  • We prepare them for their internship with you
  • Internship Period

Support

  • ​Our team support you and the intern throughout the programme
  • We provide an internship toolkit prior to them starting
  • We provide an internship orientation to them prior to them starting
  • We check in throughout the internship programme
